Dinner Out

By Saturday, 10 days on bed rest and not leaving except for doctor appointments, I decided I had a good day of hardly any contractions that we could get out and go to dinner. Of course we could only go somewhere that was in the direction of the hospital so we went downtown. When we got home I decided to take a few picture since our whole family actually looked decent. It was nice to get out even for a little bit. Thanks Ron for getting me out of the house for dinner.

Haven't seen this couple in a while
We never take picture just the two of us

We made it to 35 weeks

We were all happy to get out of the house

Hospital and bed rest

The night I went into the hospital I couldn't stand not being able to see Kelvey before bedtime so Ron went to go get her so I could say good night. It was the first night I had to spend away from her and it was not fun. But the first time is out of the way now and I think I will be OK when the baby comes. It was a practice night! Ha Ha!!
Here are some pictures of what Kelvey has been doing while Mommy is stuck on the couch or sitting all day.

Spending time with Mommy in her Hospital bed. At first she was very timid and finally she warmed up but it was bedtime.

Grana bought her a new water table and boy does she love it.

It keeps her busy outside all day.
We go through a lot of play clothes and have decided that diaper only is our best choice.
Give Bristol BIG HUGS!!!
Making sure Bristol gets fed
When your on bed rest its hard to watch every move. I was on the computer and turned around and this is where she was. She thought it was the greatest. Scared me to piecesSliding

Water table fun!!

And don't forget sidewalk chalk.
She also loves bubbles but for some reason I don't have a picture of bubble time. I will have to get one.
That is about all we do all day. Play outside and read lots of books. She is learning to entertain herself and I have to say it is pretty cute to see what she comes up with.

One sweet girl

These pictures were taken the day before I went into the hospital. We were outside playing and she looked so sweet I thought we would have a photo session.

She loves her Bristol and Bristol is so sweet to take the abuse

This dead grass is fun

I love flowers Mom!!!

In front of them is Bristol's food and she is trying to sneak Bristol a snack after being told not to.
She is completely ignoring me.

Baby Update

Yesterday I went back to the Dr. for an ultra sound to get measurements on how big this little girl is. We got a better report than than I expected. I was scared she would be in the 4 pound range but she wasn't. She is in the 6 pound range of course you have to give or take a few ounces but I feel much better about her coming with those measurements. We haven't changed much. Still on bed rest and medication but I can test the water a little. We feel confident that if she comes she will be fine. Hopefully I can keep her in but at least we are at a good place. Thanks to everyone who has called or emailed to check in. We are doing great and Kelvey is getting a lot of attention from everyone. I know several people that have been on bed rest a lot longer than I have and I feel for them. It's not much fun but will be worth it in the long run. I will get pics up maybe this weekend!! TRY!!!

Drama

Well I thought would give a quick update since I can't do much else.

I have been put on bed rest until baby comes. Wednesday night I had contractions all night and went in to the doctor on Thursday morning to make sure things were ok. Well needless to say I was put in the hospital for 24 hours to monitor my contractions. The Doctor decided to give me meds to stop the contractions and try to keep her in a while longer. It has helped and now I am on bed rest. So far everything is going good. I just get bored and achy. Kelvey is doing great with the change and has loved playing outside most of the day. That's all for now. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers!

Lots of Pictures

So it has been over a month since I have posted and I apologize. It has been pretty busy busy around here trying to get things done before baby comes. I have been a bit slow making decisions but they are now made and in the process of being completed. So when the room is done I will post pictures. I hope it is done before she comes but I am ok with it if its not. There is only so much I can do being 8 months pregnant with a almost two year old constantly wanted me. I'll take it one day she will wish I wasn't around!!
Here are some pictures of the months events. They are out of order but I am not going to fix that. Takes too much time.
