Kinley is Two Months

I can't believe that Kinley is two months old already. She has had an exciting start to her life in just two months. She has been on three road trips. Two of which have been camping trips and we are going again this weekend to end out Daddy's summer vacation. At two months Kinley is smiling and cooing some. She is sleeping better at night and in her own bed most of the time, depends on how tired Mommy is. She weighs 9 lbs 12oz and is 22 1/2 inches long. She had her first shots today and did very well, however she wants to sleep all day and not eat very much. And every time you hold her wrong she lets me know. Poor baby just wants to be left alone. I don't blame her. She still is not too fond of the pacifier and I am not sure that is a bad thing.She loves to be held and walked around all day. I am learning to let her soothe herself, which is very hard. I have been told she is a lot like I was when I was a baby. There are just times when she is really fussy at night that I wish she would take it. Other than that things are going great.

Kinley had her first bath with her big sister at 8 weeks. Kelvey thought it was pretty cool!

I haven't decided if it is easier to bathe them at the same time or separately. We are still trying to figure that out. It works if Daddy is home to help but if not it can be difficult. But they seem to enjoy being together. Kelvey loves giving her baby sister kisses all the time. It's pretty sweet!
